Our Story
Why we built Hearth
Allied health clinics across Canada are stuck with software that was never designed for them. The dominant platforms were built for the American or Australian market and retrofitted for Canada — leaving practitioners to navigate clunky workarounds for insurance billing, fragmented tools that don't talk to each other, and compliance frameworks that treat PIPEDA as an afterthought.
Every day, physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, and other practitioners juggle separate systems for scheduling, charting, billing, and insurance claims. They lose hours to manual data entry, wrestle with software that doesn't understand Canadian insurance carriers, and accept "good enough" because no one has built something better.
Hearth was born from a simple belief: Canadian practitioners deserve software that was designed for them, not adapted as an afterthought. We set out to build a single, unified clinic platform — purpose-built for allied health, purpose-built for Canada.
